iConsortium Service Offerings

The iConsortium provides clients with a wide variety of services and solutions focused around JD Edwards World, EnterpriseOne and peripheral applications.  Each service and solution was designed and audited by committee, whether business oriented or technical, to ensure that they fit to a broad base of industry and customer orientation.  As we understand that every customer need is different, we have focused on delivering these services and solutions in such a fashion that they fit into the culture and standards of the client.  A simple fact from experience is that the best way isn't always the right way.  We try to help clients understand the best practices to determine if they fit, rather than forcing solutions on the customer that might actually be detrimental, no matter how perfectly designed they are.

Our services are not novel, but our approach and methodology is.  We have designed standards and supportive solutions to our services that help fill the holes that we so often see at client projects.  Again, we seek to guide, not push our customers towards these best practices.

The iConsortium is so enthralled with the flexibility of the JD Edwards World and EnterpriseOne packages that we formed what is aptly named the Enhancement Alliance.  As our teams have developed everything from custom reports to completely new custom modules for this suite, we have decided to compile abstracts of these efforts that other customers will be able to browse or search so that we can help prevent the wheel from being recreated over and over.  We intend to evolve this solution into a menu-like offering of enhancements and customizations that can be delivered to the end customer in the form of an ESU.

With the foremost authorities on this subject sitting on our steering committees, we have evolved our approach to integration from software companies' recommendations to real world best practices.  Too often these firms are influenced by incentives and partnerships to recommend what is best for the end customer.  Our experience with most every technology available allows us to recommend what fits to the clients architecture and skill set, not what reaps the greatest profits.
