The iConsortium was organized with a specific goal: To unify the independent consultant market and deliver services and solutions with the highest level of ethics and integrity. We believe it is the independent resources across the country that perform the lion share of the work on implementations and support. It is the independent resource that relies solely on quality of service and knowledge to stay in business.

Other businesses such as integrators, agencies, or "body shops" provide a service by finding these independents to staff the clients' needs, however it is usually at too high a cost for too little service. The client has the benefit of a single relationship, however the margins charged for the placement rarely translate to additional support and service provided to the client.

The iConsortium does not only claim to do these things better, but to do them differently. The iConsortium is a cooperative of the most qualified independent consultants in the country. With a Board of Directors comprised of active consultants and solutions providers totalling over 100 years of field service specific to the industry, we have set the standard of membership to ensure that only the best are involved. Along with these high standards, we have enlisted these same members to contribute to a comprehensive knowledge repository. Members and customers of the iConsortium will have access to the project plans, best practices, white papers, etc. compiled from years of implementation experience. This empowers our membership to deliver the highest level of support to our customers.
